"Bockus fishing camp"

I am the grandson of MR. ADOLPH BOCKUS, Who owned and co-operated
a fishing camp in the 40's-60's.
The name of the camp was Turtle Portage Camp, Sabaskong Bay, Lake of the Woods Ontario Canada.
Grandad caught a record Muskie in 1941, about 60lb, 60".
We still have the mounted fish.
The camp formans name was Oscar, a Norwegan fellow.
I visited the abandoned camp in 1976 as a 13 year old, and it was for sale at that time. An Indian guide names Jim knew where the place was because he worked for grandpa as a boy.
We were staying at Phil Hansons camp at that time on the main shore
and boated over to the old place. The guide referred to the camp as "the old Bockus place".
Does anyone have any information on this place??
I would like to re-visit it and need a starting point.
The camp waa still in fine shap in 1976, lots of power boats, cabins etc. Please email jeff @ bowtieguy68@yahoo.com

Very much appreciated.

Sincerely,

Jeff Bockus
