Water is just too damn cold so if you are waiting for a trip, smart move. We need some 70 degree days to warm things up and they just ain't out there... Folks will notice the water is way up from this time last year, more than a foot and close to 18 inches... it's even a little above normal for this time, according to the Lake of the Woods Board of Control.... but, of course, it's still way down from 2002, which is a good thing because that was too high...
