Cliff Johannesen, who at one point was paralyzed, but now is able to walk with the assistance of a cane, is offering his services to children with disabilities in the Long Island / New York City area. With his boat, docked in Lindenhurst, NY, he is volunteering his spare time to taking out young people with disabilities (along with a parent) on fishing and boating trips in the Great South Bay.
