MYLIE'S 50" CLUB

After urging from  muskie fishing mentor (Randy B), I created the Mylie's Place 50" Club webpage.  Yes, he did mention I should do a page like this before he actually joined the Mylie's 50" Club, so nobody should accuse him of self promotion.  It's nowhere near a complete list, but I will try to collect as many more photos of big muskies as I can as time goes on.  Enjoy the photos and, as always,  click the smaller versions to enlarge.

After netting a couple of 50 plus inch muskies for her husband Tom in the previous few years, Lois was able to land the big one in 2007.  Congrats on muskie of a lifetime and personal best!

After 17 years of casting Lake of the Woods, my muskie mentor and good buddy finally got his casting 50 on a Bailey Tail made by David Swenson.  Congrats and well deserved, Baz.

These 3 fish were part of an amazing Labour Day Weekend trip in 2002.  Dusty's pair of 50's were caught within 20 minutes of each other on the same rock bar.  Scott's fat 52 incher was the biggest muskie caught out of the resort that year.  The group of 4 guys total with two boats caught 11 fish that weekend so don't let anyone tell you that late August and early September isn't a good time to fish Lake of the Woods.  You have to click on these photos to and see the larger version to appreciate the size of these hawgs.
