| We were sharking just South of the Dump after the tuna bite was over. We had put several school tuna in the boat, the passengers were happy, they even decided to let the captain fish the next time a rod went down. The rod went down, I grabbed it, and 1 1/2 hours later; soaked with sweat, and legs jiggling the Thresher was tied to the boat. Thirteen and one-half feet long; seven feet of body and well over 300 lbs of the tastiest shark in the ocean secured to the boat. Certainly a good day for all involved. |
